  • Do we need an Arches reservation if we book the tour with Moab Sol Ride?
    No reservation is required! Thanks to our special permit with Arches National Park, you don't need a separate reservation for your tour with us.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    72 Hours. Anything booked within this time frame will be non-refundable. We do understand that sometimes emergency situations can arise, we will try our best to move the reservation to a more suitable date and time to meet your needs.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept: Visa/Mastercard American Express Discover Venmo Cash We do not accept: Foreign Currency Personal Checks Traveler’s Checks
  • What if I have dietary restrictions and unable to find something suitable to my needs on tour menu offers?
    Let us know during the booking process about any dietary restrictions. Given enough notice, we can customize our menu to meet your needs. Alternatively, you can bring your own items, and we'll make space in our coolers for them.
  • Can I bring my own food and drinks?
    Absolutely! Just inform us in advance about the items you plan to bring so we can ensure there's enough room in our coolers.
  • When do you offer airport shuttle services?
    You pick the arrival time, and we’ll be there 10-15 minutes early. Be ready when we arrive for a smooth pick-up, and our driver will assist with your luggage. We will assist in scheduling regional airport shuttles to ensure we meet the required flight itineraries.
  • Are there extra fees for baggage on the airport shuttle?
    One checked bag and one carry-on are included free of charge. Additional bags are typically $10 each, depending on weight. Contact us to discuss your requirements and any additional fees.
  • Do you provide car seats or booster seats for kids?
    Due to insurance policies, we cannot provide car seats or booster seats. You must bring your own. Children under 8 years old must be properly secured in an approved child safety seat unless they are at least 57 inches tall.
  • What should we bring on a Moab Sol Ride tour?
    Dress comfortably and, if your tour includes hiking, wear closed-toed shoes. Hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen are also recommended. We provide water and snacks to keep you hydrated and energized.
  • Is tipping expected?
    Tips are appreciated but not mandatory. A typical gratuity for your guide is 15-20%.

  • What are your shuttle operating hours?
    Our shuttles operate from 6 AM to 10 PM daily. Custom times can be arranged for private shuttles.
  • Where do your shuttles operate?
    We operate in and around Moab, including drop-offs and pick-ups at popular trailheads and scenic spots. We also offer regional service area. Drop offs in these locations are determined upon your requirements. Common locations are Airports, bus and train stations, or simply home from visiting.
  • Are MoabSolRide tours suitable for all ages and fitness levels?
    Absolutely! Our tours cater to all preferences, from scenic drives to active hikes. Check our tour details or contact us for more specifics.
  • Do I need to book in advance?
    We highly recommend booking in advance, especially during peak season (March- October), to ensure availability.
  • How can I book a tour or shuttle service with MoabSolRide?
    Booking is easy! You can book directly through our website 24/7. Our team is also available by phone from 7 PM to 11 PM. If we’re unable to take your call immediately, please leave a message, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Are pets allowed on MoabSolRide tours and shuttles?
    Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are welcome. Companion pets are not allowed within Arches National Park, but they are allowed on our shuttles if kept in a pet carrier. Thank you for ensuring a comfortable experience for all our guests.
