Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the tour start time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested outside of the 72-hour cancellation window. No shows are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, safety concerns, acts of God, etc.). In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule on another available date.
